Through This Tender, Bayreuther Festspiele Gmbh Is Looking For An Efficient Operator Who Can Take Over The Catering For The Festival Seasons From 2025 To 2034 Inclusive. The Auditorium Holds More Than 1,900 Festival Guests And Around 60,000 Guests Are Expected At Around 30 Performances During The Festival Season, Which Usually Lasts From July 25Th To August 25Th. From The Beginning Of The Rehearsal Period In May / June Until The End Of The Festival, A Canteen Must Be Operated For Our Up To 800 Employees. Bayreuther Festspiele Gmbh Seasonally Leases The Following Rooms To The Operator For The Purpose Of Catering To The Public And Employees: - Festival Restaurant And Terrace (Basement) - Self-Service Restaurant (Ground Floor) - Company Canteen (Basement) - Kitchen Including Existing Equipment And Cooling Cells - Changing Rooms And Sanitary Rooms For Employees Of The Tenant - Storage Areas / External Storage (Area For Waste Containers And Storage Area In Front Of The Canteen At The East Gate) The Leasing Of The Restaurant (Ug) Is Subject To The Restriction That It Will Not Be Available To The Operator For Use In The Period Approximately Mid-June To Mid-July Stands. During This Period, The Bf Is Entitled To Use The Restaurant As A Rehearsal Room, Especially For Orchestra Rehearsals, Including The Associated Passenger Traffic With The Participants.
