This Procedure Will Result In A Framework Agreement For Subsequent Contracts. This Framework Agreement Will Set Part Of The Execution Conditions And Will Be Supplemented By One Or More Subsequent Contracts. The Amounts Of The Framework Agreement Indicated In Section 5.1.5 Are An Estimate Without Commitment On The Part Of The State. The Framework Agreement Is Renewable. The Initial Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Indicated In Section 5.1.3. The Main Characteristics Of The Framework Agreement Are As Follows: Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement For An Initial Period Of 4 Years, Tacitly Renewable For A Period Of 3 Years, Defining The Essential Bases For Awarding Subsequent One-Off Contracts. Subsequent Contracts May Be Notified At The Same Time As The Framework Agreement. During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded After Re-Competition Between The Holders. The Framework Agreement Does Not Provide For Subsequent Contracts Based On Purchase Orders. It Is Planned To Select 10 Successful Bidders For This Framework Agreement. The Successful Bidders Will Be Selected From A List Of Approximately 120 References Representative Of The Following Types Of Equipment For Aeronautical Use: - Type Of Equipment: Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Automation - Type Of Equipment: Hardware - Type Of Equipment: Articles Based On Elastomer Or Plastic. The Supplies Covered By The Framework Agreement Are Subject To The Airworthiness Requirements Of Military Aircraft In Accordance With Emar Regulation 21 Edition 1.3 Of February 1, 2018 (Subpart G). As Such, The Holders Of The Framework Agreement Must Be Able To Provide With Each Equipment Delivered, The Manufacturers Conformity Documents. The Details Of These Documents Will Be Specified In The Consultation File.
