Collection Of Stray Dogs And Other Stray Domestic Animals - Hereinafter: Stray Animals - In Its Administrative Area Of 170 Km2, 12 Hours A Day, From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. The Authorized Person Is Obliged To: - Capture Stray Animals In The Administrative Area Of Székesfehérvár; - Provide Stray Dogs With Electronic Transponders After Their Capture, If They Do Not Have Them; - To Transport The Stray Animal To An Animal Shelter Authorized By The Animal Protection Authority, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions - In Székesfehérvár Or Within A 50 Km Catchment Area Of Székesfehérvár - Hereinafter: Animal Shelter - For Medical Care And Further Placement Of The Stray Animal; - To Transfer The Stray Animal To Another Animal Shelter, If The Animal Shelter Cannot Take Over The Animal Taken In By The Trustee Due To Its Capacity To Accept It. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Agent Must Comply With The Following Legislation, And The Transponders Used Must Comply With The Following Standards: • Act Xxviii Of 1998 On The Protection And Welfare Of Animals. Act • 41/2010 On The Keeping And Distribution Of Pets. (Ii.26.) Government Decree • 785/2021 On The Detailed Rules For The Performance Of Duties Related To The Capture, Transfer And Placement Of Stray Animals. (Xii.27.) Government Decree • Iso 11784 And Iso 11785 (Transponders) The Tenderer Concludes The Contract For A Period Of 48 Months.
