The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Rail Transport Of Hard Coal From The Place Of Shipment To The Place Of Receipt Of The Shipment: 1.1. Pge Ec Wybrzeże Branch In Gdańsk Heat And Power Plant Gdańsk In A Maximum Amount Of 1,330,000 Mg; 1.2. Pge Ec Wybrzeże Branch In Gdańsk Gdynia Heat And Power Plant In A Maximum Amount Of 510,000 Mg; 1.3. Pge Ec Branch In Szczecin Heat And Power Plant Pomorzany In A Maximum Amount Of 590,000 Mg; 1.4. Pge Ec Branch Heat And Power Plant In Bydgoszcz, Heat And Power Plant Bydgoszcz Ii In A Maximum Amount Of 530,000 Mg; 1.5. Pge Ec Branch No. 1 In Kraków In A Maximum Amount Of 1,050,000 Mg; 1.6. Pge Ec Heat And Power Plant Branch In Kielce In A Maximum Amount Of 100,000 Mg; 1.7. Zew Kogeneracja Elektrociepłownia Wrocław In A Maximum Amount Of 1,640,000 Mg; 2. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Variable Operating Conditions Of Energy Devices And Installations, Which Are Influenced By Factors Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, Related To The Changing Needs Of Electricity And Heat Energy Consumers Resulting In A Reduction In Production Volume, The Possibility Of Burning Hard Coal With A Higher Than Expected Calorific Value Or Reducing Exhaust Emissions By Increasing The Share In The Combustion Of Alternative Fuels (E.G. Biomass), The Possibility Of Reducing The Amount Of Mass Ordered For Transport Is Reserved, Subject To The Following Restrictions: 2.1. The Maximum Total Amount Of Hard Coal Ordered For Transport Will Not Exceed The Volume Of 5,750,000 Mg, 2.2. The Minimum Total Amount Of Hard Coal Ordered For Transport Will Not Be Less Than 4,600,000 Mg. 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Order Documents
