The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1356 - Forest Act) Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Management Services In The Ruszów Forest District In 2024 Year. 2) The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Hunting And Meadow And Agricultural Management Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 2.1. – Planned Size Of Works; Annex No. 2.2. - Detailed Size Of Work By Activity Groups, Activities And Locations; 3) The Material Scopes Listed In The Annexes Included In Annex No. 2 Are Estimates. 4) Quality Standards Relating To All Significant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 3.1. Description Of The Standard For Forestry Work Technology; Specified In Annex No. 3.1. To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Technology Standard For Performing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Is The Basis For Determining The Quality Requirements Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). If The Activity Described In The Above Annexes Was Not Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Then In This Respect The Provisions Of Annex No. 3.1. Does Not Apply To Swz. 5) Descriptions Of Activity Codes Describing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 6) The Description Of The Principles Of The Procedure For Accepting Forest Works Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7) The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts (Package) 8) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Ruszów Forest District. 9) The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Area Of The Ruszów Forest District (Implementation Area). The Location (Forest Address) Of Individual Forest Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Indicated In The Attachments Included In Annex No. 2 Is Preliminary. The Location (Forest Address) Of Individual Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 3.3. Point 1). 10) The Provisions Of Points 7 - 9 Do Not Prejudice The Ordering Partys Rights Resulting From The Public Procurement Contract Template (Appendix No. 12 To The Swz). 11) Due To The Actual Natural And Weather Situation That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Unforeseen Economic Situation At The Moment, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Reducing Corrections, Increasing Corrections, Determining New Locations, As Well As Suspending Perform The Activities Indicated In The Individual Lines Of The Tables Describing The Subject Of The Contract
