The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Under Art. 169, Paragraphs 1 And 3 And Art. 169B, Para. 1 Of The Zut, During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) At A Site: Water Supply To The Panagyurishte Group From Tube Wells Near The Village Of Zlokuchene - Reconstruction Of The I-St Rise Station To The Ii-St Rise Station With Optimization Of The Operation Of The Tube Wells . Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Services Related To The Implementation Of Construction Supervision Should Be Performed, Including: Activity 1. Preparation Of A Technical Passport, According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions For The Site Or For The Relevant Part Of It, If The Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Carried Out.
