The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To Educational Units In The Budzyń Commune By Buses Based On Monthly Tickets In The School Year 2024/2025 And 2025/2026. The Transport Of Students Will Take Place From Monday To Friday Every Week, On School Days, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education. National Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211). Transport Will Be Carried Out By Buses On Four Routes. The Routes For Transporting And Transporting Students And The Number Of Students Transported Are Included In Annex No. 2 To This Swz. Distances Are Counted From The Students Place Of Residence To School And Back. The Total Distance In Km Of Deliveries And Drop-Offs Is 205.2 Km Per Day. Average Expected Number Of Students 132 + 2 Guardians. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Students +/- 20%. The Difference In The Number Of Transported Students Will Not Constitute An Increase Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party And Will Not Affect The Ticket Price.
