1. The Subject Of The Order Is Providing Shelter And Meals In A Shelter For Homeless Women From The Głogów Municipality By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Głogów, From July 2024. Until June 30, 2025, In Accordance With The Principles And Criteria Specified In: - Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended), - Resolution No. Lvi/495/22 Of The City Council In Głogów Of August 31, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Payment For Stays In Shelters For The Homeless And In Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Homeless People Referred To The Shelter By The Ordering Party With Services Of A Compliant Standard. With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Facilities (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).3 The Basis For Providing The Benefit Referred To In Point 2 Will Be A Referral Issued By An Employee Of Mops In Głogów, Specifying The Data Of The Ward And The Date And Place Of The Shelter Service. The Referral Will Be Sent Electronically In The Form Of A Scan To The E-Mail Address And Then Sent By Post Or Delivered In Person By The Referrer Or Social Worker.4. Estimated Number Of People Requiring Shelter: 2 Homeless Women In A Regular Shelter And 2 Homeless Women In A Shelter With Care Services (Partially Incapable Of Self-Service, Whose Health Condition Does Not Threaten The Health And Life Of Other People Staying In The Facility), With The Possibility Of Three Meals A Day, Including One Hot One And Providing Services In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018. On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).5. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Point 4 By No More Than 50%.
