Prior Information Notice For Salt And Pure Sodium Chloride – 50.80 Road Salt And Environmentally Friendly Deicers. On Behalf Of Municipalities That Are Obliged After Prior Approval, As Well As State Institutions, Ski Must Re-Tender A Framework Agreement On Road Salt And Environmentally Friendly Deicing Agents. The Tender Is Expected To Be Published In Q1 2025. The Purpose Of This Notice Is To Make Potential Tenderers Aware Of The Technical Dialogue That Has Started At The End Of June 2024. It Is Held Via The Tendering System Ethics. If The Technical Dialogue, Potential Bidders And Other Interested Parties Will Be Able To Make Suggestions For Changes, Corrections Or Additions To The Material Made Available In The Technical Dialogue. The Material Also Contains A Number Of Questions That Ski Hopes To Get Answers To. The Questions Are Not An Exhaustive List Of The Matters That Can Be Commented On In Connection With The Technical Dialogue. Ski Appreciates All Comments On The Material. Ski Must Encourage The Suppliers To Participate In The Technical Dialogue, As The Suppliers At This Point Have The Opportunity To Influence The Content Of The Tender So That It Is As Market Compliant As Possible. However, Ski Is Not Obliged To Respond To Proposals And Comments From The Technical Dialogue. The Framework Agreement Includes Road Salt, Brine And Environmentally Friendly Deicers In A Range That Is Expected To Look As Follows: Grade F Road Salt With A Water Content (V) Of 2% < V ≤ 4%, Grade F Road Salt With A Water Content (V) Of 0% ≤ V ≤ 2% And Grade Ef Road Salt With A Water Content (V) Of 0% ≤ V ≤ 3%, Salt In Bags, Sampling And Analysis Of Salt, Brine And Environmentally Friendly Defrosting Agents. There Will Be A Division Into Sub-Agreements, Which Have Not Yet Been Fully Determined, But Which Will Roughly Correspond To The Sub-Agreements In The Latest Tender In Terms Of Number, Scope And Geographical Distribution, Although There Will Be Several Minor Updates. As With The Last Tender, A Maximum Number Of Partial Agreements Will Probably Be Set That The Individual Tenderer Can Be Awarded. The Framework Agreement Will Be Binding For A Number Of Skis Customers, Including The Municipalities That Have Joined In Connection With The Tender.
