This Prior Information Notice Is A Correction To The Initial Prior Information Notice Number 2019/S073-174166. Thus, The One-Year Period Mentioned In Article 7 Paragraph 2 Of Regulation (Ec) Number 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 23, 2007 Relating To Public Passenger Transport Services By Rail And Road Is Only To Be Considered For This First Initial Opinion. This Involves Operating, Within The Framework Of A Public Service Contract Awarded After Competitive Bidding, The Regional Express Train Lines (Rail Transport Services Of Regional Interest) On The Bruche-Piemont-Vosges Service. This Service Corresponds To The Following Rail Lines: Omnibus Lines: Strasbourg-Molsheim/Piedmont Line: Strasbourg-Molsheim-Sélestat/Bruche-Vosges Line: Strasbourg - Saint-Dié-Des-Vosges - Epinal. The Transport Service Must Also Provide Road Transport At The End Of The Day And As A Replacement During The Work Phases. The Concession Contract Also Provides For The Management Of Vertically Integrated Infrastructure On The Molsheim - Saint-Dié-Des-Vosges (Line 110,000 From Pk 19+478 To Pk 85 +775) And Saint Dié Des Vosges – Arches (Line 62) Sections. 000 From Pk 0 +527 To Pk 48 +212). On These Sections The Holder Will Also Have To Finance And Carry Out Infrastructure Regeneration Work And Will Also Be Responsible For Their Maintenance.
