Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Deep Wells At The Foresters Lodge Trzyrzeczki, Grzędy, Kapika In The Biebrza National Park In The Design And Build Formula

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete Design And Construction Of A Deep Well (With Equipment And Casing), On Plot No. 162/154, Trzyrzeczki Registration Area, Commune: Dąbrowa Białostocka, Sokółka Poviat, Podlaskie Voivodeship, For Fire Protection Purposes, Together With The Development Of Detailed Documentation And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits. The Well Must Be Connected To The Electrical Network; In The Event Of A Power Failure, The Power Supply Will Be Provided By A Portable Generator.2. Geological Works For The Construction Of The Facility Should Be Carried Out On A Plot With Registration Number 162/154, Registration Area: Trzyrzeczki, Dąbrowa Białostocka Commune, Sokółka Poviat 3. The Planned Location Of The Well Depends On The Results Of Field Analyses.4. The Scope Of The Order Concerns: 1) Preparation Of Complete Hydrogeological Documentation For The Construction And Operation Of A Deep Water Intake, Including The Development Of A Design Of Geological Works For Drilling A Groundwater Exploration Well (Ultimately A Deep Well), Together With Obtaining An Approval Decision And Carrying Out Geological Supervision. 2) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities For Works Covering The Scope Of Design And Construction Works And Presenting It For Approval To The Ordering Party, Obtaining The Necessary Maps For Design Purposes.3) Carrying Out The Necessary Work And Research, The Scope Of Which Was Included In The Prepared Geological Works Project, Including, Among Others: Piping And Filtering The Hole, Test And Purification Pumping.4) Preparing An Information Card For The Project And Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.5) If Water Is Obtained In An Amount Satisfactory To The Ordering Party, Preparation By An Authorized Person Of Hydrological Documentation Specifying The Operational Resources Of The Well Drilled Along With With Its Approval.6) If The Performance Is Not Satisfactory To The Ordering Party, The Well Will Be Decommissioned And Other Geological Documentation Will Be Prepared Regarding The Decommissioning. In This Situation, The Contractor Proposes Another Place Where He Will Drill A Well And Build Wells In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In This Functional And Utility Program. The New Location Requires The Approval Of The Ordering Party. In Such A Situation, If Necessary, The Contractor Repeats The Activities Described In Points 1-4 In Relation To The New Location. Due To The Selection Of A New Location, It Is Allowed To Prepare An Annex To The Original Geological Works Project Instead Of Preparing A New One.7) Preparation Of A Water Law Report For The Construction Of A Water Facility By A Person Authorized To Prepare It.8) Preparation Of The Required Design Documentation By A Person Authorized To Prepare It For The Construction Of A Well Deepwater With The Accompanying Infrastructure Described In The Functional And
