The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize A 14-Day Treatment And Rehabilitation Stay For Seniors (Women And Men Over 55 Years Of Age). 50 People Will Be Sent To The Tournament. The Tournament Will Be Organized In September-October 2024. Participants Will Have A Certificate Of Disability Or Information About Having Suffered From Covid-19 Or A Chronic Disease. The Participation Of People With Mental Disabilities (01-U) And Mental Illness (01-U) Is Expected. 02-P) With Voice, Speech And Hearing Disorders (03-L), With Musculoskeletal Impairment (05-R), With Epilepsy (06-E), With Respiratory And Circulatory System Disease (07-S), Genitourinary (09-M) With Neurological Disease (10-N), Including Other Diseases: Endocrine, Metabolic, Enzymatic Disorders, Infectious And Zoonotic Diseases, Disfigurements, Diseases Of The Hematopoietic System (11-I). The Center Should Be Located At The Polish Seaside And Meet The Conditions Specified In The Regulations Regarding Rehabilitation Stays. You Should Plan A Minimum Of 20 Individual Rehabilitation Treatments. A Medical Consultation Should Be Provided Before Referral For Treatment. The Center Should Offer A Minimum Of 10 Different Treatments. The Maximum Distance Of The Proposed Accommodation And Recreation Facility From The Sea - Measured By The Shortest Publicly Accessible Pedestrian Route From The Border Of The Plot On Which The Facility Is Located To The Entrance To The Beach May Not Exceed 500 M. The Ordering Party Requires That The Buildings Proposed For The Implementation Of The Order That Have More Than 4 Floors Were Equipped With A Passenger Elevator. The Facility Should Have Its Own Kitchen And Canteen. The Facility Should Have A Swimming Pool, Sauna And Jacuzzi. The Organizer Of The Facility Will Provide Free Of Charge To The Participants Of The Stay: Nordic Walking Sticks, Screens And Deckchairs. Food: The Organizer Will Provide The Participants Of The Stay 3 Meals A Day (Buffet Breakfasts And Dinners, Lunch Served At The Table Or In The Form Of A Buffet). The Stay Begins With Lunch On The First Day And Ends With Breakfast On The Last Day Of The Stay. Each Participant Will Receive An Additional Packed Lunch For The Return Journey. Accommodation: Participants Will Be Accommodated In Double Rooms Equipped With Full Hygiene And Sanitary Facilities With Cold And Hot Running Water 24 Hours A Day. The Room Equipment Requires: Single Beds With Minimum Dimensions Of 80X180 Cm, A Bedside Table Or Shelf For Each Sleeping Place, A Wardrobe Or Built-In Space For Clothes, At Least 3 Hangers Per Person, A Table Or Desk With At Least 1 Chair And A Mirror. Bunk, Foldable And Camp Beds Are Not Permitted. All Elements Of The Required Equipment Should Be Functional And Perform Their Intended Functions Throughout The Duration Of The Stay.
