The Scope Of This Agreement Includes But Is Not Limited To:•Providing Service And Support For Council’S Print Environments; •Install, Move, Add, Change And Dispose Of Devices As Required;•Adopt Appropriate ‘Fit For Purpose’ Devices, Consumables And Maintenance; •Use Print Management Software To Interrogate And Report On Mfdps For Usage Data To Improve Billing, Regular Maintenance And The Services Generally; •Provide Reliable Support And Service Infrastructure For All Devices And Software; And•Implement Print Software And Hardware Required For ‘Pull Printing’, ‘Secure Scan’ And Other Management, Tracking And Invoicing Tools.
