The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of Water Infrastructure In The Kolbudy Commune. The Order Includes Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Permits As Well As Building Permits Along With The Construction And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Prepare All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, Obtain On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements, Permits, Approvals, Decisions And Approvals Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works. , Launch And Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Scope Of The Planned Design Documentation, Including The Necessary Formal, Legal And Design Documentation Required By Law, Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Implement The Investment In Question, Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, And The Documents Constituting Annexes To The Program. The Contractor Will Design, Build And Commission The Facility In A Defect-Free Condition, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Verified By The Ordering Party. Design Documentation Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Pfu And The Documents Referred To By The Pfu. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Fup And In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 10 To The Terms Of Reference Of The Order.
