Sports Facilities Operation Services – Service Concession Relating To The Management Of Ski Lifts And Ski Areas In The Pleney, Nyon, Chamossière And Charniaz Sectors. By A Deliberation Dated June 6, 2024 (Morzine), June 6, 2024 (Verchaix) And June 10, 2024 (Les Gets), The Municipal Councils Of Morzine, Verchaix And Les Gets Once Again Approved The Principle Of Using Delegated Management Of The Ski Area, Following The Declaration Of Ineffectiveness Of The Previous Allocation Procedure Pronounced During These Same Municipal Councils. The Group Of Granting Authorities Is Therefore Relaunching A New Consultation With A View To Awarding A Public Service Concession Contract Governed By Articles L. 3100-1 To L. 3137-5, R. 3111-1 To R. 3135-10 Of The Code Public Procurement And Articles L. 1411-1 To L.1411-18 Of The General Code Of Territorial Communities. The Consultation Is Organized In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code And In Particular Articles R. 3126-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code And Articles L. 1411-1 To L.1411-18 Of The Cgct. It Is Conducted In An Open Manner Such That Interested Operators Are Invited To Submit Simultaneously, Under The Conditions Provided For By The Concession Notice And The Consultation Regulations, Their Application File And Their Offer File. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For Its Maximum Duration Of 30 Years Is 636,974,066 Euro(S). According To Articles L. 342-3 Of The Tourism Code And In Accordance With Articles L.3114-7 And R.3114-1 Of The Public Order Code, The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Fixed According To The Nature And Importance Of The Investments Requested From The Concessionaire The Expected Duration Of The Concession Agreement Will Be Between 20 And 29.5 Years. The Contract Will Take Effect On November 1, 2024. It Will Bind The Parties For A Period Set At A Minimum Of 20 Years And A Maximum Of 29.5 Years, And Will Therefore End No Later Than April 30, 2054.
