The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Cybersecurity Service Based On The Security Operations Center (Soc) Operating 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Upzp. 1) The Option Covers The Provision Of A Cybersecurity Service Based On The Security Operations Center (Soc) Operating 24/7 For A Period Of The Next 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Provision Of Services Under The Basic Order. 2) The Option Will Be Ordered On The Terms Specified In § 3 Of The Contract Template3. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
