The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Service Concession Contract, Awarded In Accordance With Articles L.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities And Articles L.3000-1 Et Seq. Of The Code Of Main Public Orders Characteristics Of The Services: The Delegatees Mission Is: -To Ensure The Day-To-Day Operation, Staff Training, Administrative, Technical, Commercial And Financial Management Of The Equipment, Maintenance, Checks And Cleaning Of The Building, Pools, Premises, Technical Installations, Spaces Green Areas As Well As The Maintenance Of All Technical Or Sporting Equipment Given To It By The Delegating Authority, -To Welcome Users, Guarantee Their Safety, Organize And Coordinate Swimming Learning Activities As Well As Sports, Fun And Leisure Activities, Monitor Bathers And Other Users Of The Equipment Under The Regulatory Conditions In Force, -Ensure The Animation Of The Equipment And Communication With The Public, The Organization Of Activities And Events Going Beyond The Framework Of The Current Service Offered To Users, And Conducive To The Reputation Of The Equipment, In Liaison With The Delegating Authority, -Establish Any Additional Development Proposal To Optimize The Operation And Exploitation Of The Aquatic Center.
