The Subject Of The Procurement Project Is The Awarding Of A Contract For The Provision, Implementation And Operation Of A Patient Data Management System As Well As Services For Everyday Work And In Particular The Implementation Of The Interface To The His To A Competent And Efficient (Suitable) Company. The Contractual Service Obligations Include: • Gradual Provision Of A Patient Data Management System For The Users Of The O Clinic For Neurology And Neurological Rehabilitation (Intensive Care Unit With Stroke Unit) Of The Günzburg District Hospital And The O Clinic For Neurosurgery (Intensive Care Ward And Guard Station) Of The Günzburg District Hospital, • Step-By-Step And Complete Implementation And Parameterization Of The Pdms Into The Overall System And The Everyday Work Of The Employees Of The Günzburg District Hospital, • Implementation Of Interfaces, Including Bidirectional To The His, The Document Management System (Cla), The Laboratory System, And Medical Devices, • Project Management For The Implementation Of The Pdms, • Provision Of Training Services In The Period During And After The Implementation Of The Pdms As Well As • Service And Maintenance Services Over A Period Of Three Years With A Unilateral Right Of Option For The Client To Extend It Twice, Each By One Year From The Time Of Commissioning Of The Pdms. A Detailed Description Of The Individual Components, Including The Respective Performance Requirements For Them, Can Be Found In The Catalog Of Requirements And Criteria In Appendix 1 Of Part F (“Offer Documents (Contract And Appendices)”).
