The Subject Of The Advertised Service Is The Conclusion Of A Continuing Obligation (Lease Agreement For Cloud Services) For The Procurement Of A Service For Backing Up And Restoring The Clients Company Data In The Saas Services Microsoft M365 And Microsoft Entra Id. The Client Is Currently Having The Following Data Stored In Microsoft Systems Backed Up By An External Service Provider: (1) Microsoft M365: - M365 Exchange - M365 Onedrive - M365 Sharepoint - M365 Teams (2) Microsoft Entra Id - Logs - Intune Configurations - Device Information - Bitlocker Information The Estimated Number Of Licensed Users At The Start Of The Contract Is 5,600. The Ag Assumes An Annual Growth In User Numbers In Both Systems Of Around 10%. Currently Only Data From Germany Is Backed Up. However, The Client Reserves The Right To Have Data From Affiliated Companies From Other Eu Countries Backed Up Over The Course Of The Contract Term. In Addition, Product-Related, Supporting Services Should Also Be Procured.
