Under The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Implementation Of: - A Two-Day Ecological Festival On July 6-7, 2024 At Termy Uniejów, Addressed To A Wide, Nationwide Audience, Educating In The Area Of Ecological Activities, Promoting Pro-Environmental Attitudes, Including A Television Concert With The Participation Of Popular Polish Artists, An Open-Air Cinema And An Ecological Town. Ecological Town: Under The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing A Two-Day Ecological Town On The Festival Grounds, Open On July 6, 2024, From 11.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. And On July 7, 2024, From 11.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. The Town Will Host Workshops, Shows And Animations For Festival Participants, Educating Them On Waste Segregation, Recycling And Renewable Energy Sources. Details Of The Animations And Workshops In Each Of The Tents Will Be Presented In The Festival Scenario - Concept At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer. Presentations And Classes Will Be Conducted For Adult And Children Participants. The Ecological Town Will Be Built Of 5 Spherical Tents With A Diameter Of Approximately 9 M, Equipped With Tv Screens, Each With Individual Service And A Proposal Of Activities And Workshops. One Of The Tents Will Be Intended For The Ordering Party, Who Will Independently Create And Propose Animations And Workshops. The Contractor Will Provide Fencing And Protection For The Ecological Town. Outdoor Cinema: The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing An Outdoor Cinema On July 6, 2024, From 10 P.M. To Midnight, Located On The Side Of The Castle In Uniejów, And In The Event Of Bad Weather In The Knights Hall In The Castle. Two Films Will Be Shown In The Outdoor Cinema, The First Of Which, Lasting Approximately 20 Minutes, Will Fulfill An Educational Mission In The Field Of Environmental Threats And The Need For Its Protection. The Second Film, Approximately 90 Minutes Long, Will Represent Mass Entertainment Cinema. The Titles Of The Films Will Be Provided By The Contractor In The Presented Scenario At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer. The Contractor Will Provide A 9 M X 5 M Pneumatic Screen And 100 Deckchairs In The Outdoor Cinema, Technical Service And All Tasks Related To The Set-Up And Assembly Of The Open-Air Cinema, As Well As Transport. Expected Number Of Participants In The Ecological Festival On Site: 3,000. Participation In The Festival Will Be Free Of Charge For Participants. The Ordering Party Indicates A Preliminary Schedule Of Planned Events In The Framework Program Constituting An Annex To This Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Proposed Activities Indicated In The Preliminary Schedule Of Planned Events In The Framework Program Are Indicative And Therefore Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Actually Implement The Proposed Activities In Such A Manner. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Concept Of Planned Events, Including At Least A Minimum Of Program Elements And Other Requirements Specified In This Order Documentation.
