Under The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Implementation Of: Television Concert: The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing On July 7, 2024, From 8 P.M. To 10 P.M., A Television Concert With A Duration Of At Least 100 Minutes, Broadcast Live By National Television. The Concert Will Feature At Least 10 Popular Artists Of Polish Pop And Folk Music, Performing Hits Attractive To Multi-Generational Audiences On Site And In Front Of Tv Sets. The Contractor Will Present The Names Of The Performers In The Festival Scenario At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer. The Concert Will Also Include Content Sensitizing Participants And Viewers To The Need To Protect The Environment, Promoting Pro-Environmental Attitudes, Showing The Beauty Of Polish Nature And Convincing That Each Of Us Can And Should Protect This Wonderful Good. In Order To Produce A Television Concert, The Performer Will Build A Stage Measuring 54M X 30M X 17M And A 15M X 9M Indoor Stage, Equipped With A Multimedia Set Design Containing Ecological Inspirations As Well As Light And Sound Meeting The Requirements Of The Artists Involved. The Contractor Will Provide Fencing, Protection Of The Concert And Dressing Room, Food And Accommodation For Artists. Expected Number Of Participants In The Ecological Festival On Site: 3,000. Participation In The Festival Will Be Free Of Charge For Participants. Media Services Under The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For: A) Conducting A Live Television Broadcast Of The Concert On National Television With A Length Of Not Less Than 100 Minutes; The Contractor Will Provide The Proposed Television At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer. B) Broadcasting 24 Sponsor Billboards On The Same National Television, At Least 8 Seconds Long. C) Conducting At Least 5 Television Coverage Of The Festival On The Same National Television Or A Television Channel With Capital Links; D) Organizing A Television Studio In At Least One Of The 2 Festival Days On Site In Uniejów And Broadcasting At Least 5 Reports In The Morning, E.G. In The News Band On The Same National Television Or A Capital-Related Television Channel. The Ordering Party Indicates A Preliminary Schedule Of Planned Events In The Framework Program Constituting An Annex To This Tor. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Proposed Activities Indicated In The Preliminary Schedule Of Planned Events In The Framework Program Are Indicative And Therefore Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Actually Implement The Proposed Activities In Such A Manner. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Concept Of Planned Events, Including At Least A Minimum Of Program Elements And Other Requirements Specified In This Order Documentation.
