1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Protection Of A Former Dance And Concert Hall (Cinema) In The Community Center In Trzebiatów, Which Has Been Closed For Use, At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 38, Op. No. 138, Rev. Trzebiatów 5, Trzebiatów Commune, Gryfice Poviat, Voivodeship West Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Particular In The Renovation Of The Roof Structure, Taking Into Account The Following Procedures: 1/ External Load-Bearing Walls: - Strengthening The Wall Crown By Introducing A Circumferential Ring In The Steel-Reinforced Concrete Structure; 2/ Ceiling Of The Gallery (Balcony): - Removal Remains Of The Collapsed Ceiling Lining, Wood Decomposed By Fungi, Remains Of Mortar And Leaves And Other Waste; - Demolition Of The Board Floor Infected By Fungi; - Treatment Leading To The Elimination Of Wood Infestation By Fungi By Spraying With A Specialized Preparation Intended For This Purpose; - Cutting Off The Ceiling Along With Balustrade Against Atmospheric Influences Using A Temporary Roof Made Of Corrugated Sheet Metal On Wooden Battens;3/ Ceiling: - The Entire Structure Is Planned To Be Demolished. Demolition Should Be Preceded By Careful Dismantling Of Decorative, Openwork Stucco Elements In The Form Of Tondas;4/ Wreaths: - A Wreath Is Designed On The Perimeter Walls Of The Ballroom In A Reinforced Concrete Structure;5/ Stairs: - Only A Treatment Is Designed To Eliminate Fungal Infection Of Wood By Spraying Using A Specialized Preparation Intended For This Purpose;6/ Roof: - It Is Planned To Dismantle The Preserved Part Of The Roof Truss And Then Reconstruct The Roof Structure Together With The Structure Of Both Eaves Using Lattice Girders In A Wooden Structure Made Of Boards With A Cross-Section Of 4.5X16.0 Cm. Foundation Of Girders On Walls Via A Ring Beam In A Reinforced Concrete Structure; 7/ Protection Of Old Wood: - Protect All Old Wood Against Fire Using A Specialized Preparation Intended For This Purpose; 8/ Protection Of New Wood: - Protection By Saturation In The Mass With A Preparation That Protects Wood Against Fire, Mold Fungi, House Fungi And Technical Wood Pests. Application Of The Preparation Through A Bath Or Pressure Treatment According To The Manufacturers Guidelines To Achieve The Nro Parameter;9/ Existing Protective Structure: - It Is Planned To Dismantle The Existing Protective Structure In Its Entirety;10/ Finishing Works: - According To The Conservation And Restoration Work Program; - Roofing, Cladding And Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes, - In Accordance With The Documentation Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.
