1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance, Inspection, Repair And Maintenance Of Playground Equipment Located In The Zgorzelec Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As Facilities, Listed In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, I.E. List And Location Of Playgrounds And Equipment. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Activities Necessary To Maintain The Playground Equipment And Other Elements Of The Facilities Equipment In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition, With Particular Emphasis On Ensuring The Safety Of Users. 3. Under The Subject Of This Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Following Inspections (Inspections) Of All Elements Of Playground Equipment, Including: Fences, Playground Equipment, Small Architecture Elements, Loose Surfaces And Safe Surfaces, In Accordance With The Law And The Manufacturers Recommendations, I.E. .:1) Regular Inspections At Least Twice Each Calendar Week, Including Every Monday And Friday, Enabling The Identification Of Obvious Hazards That May Be The Result Of Vandalism, Wear And Tear Or Weather Conditions. If The Contractor Offers Additional Regular Inspections Each Calendar Week , In Addition To The Minimum Number Of Regular Inspections Required By The Ordering Party, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points As Part Of The Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating The Offers, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter Xix Of The Swz, 2) Functional Inspections, At Least Once A Month, Enabling Detailed Checking Of The Efficiency Of The Devices, Especially In Terms Of Their Wear, 3) An Annual Construction Inspection, Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party, Which Should Include In Particular: Inspection Of The General Level Of Safety, Condition Of Foundations And Surfaces, Compliance With The Relevant Parts Of The Standards, Including All Changes Resulting From The Assessment Of Safety Measures, The Impact Of Weather Conditions, The Disclosure Of Rot Or Corrosion And Any Changes In The Level Of Safety Resulting From Repairs Made And Added Or Replaced Parts.4. A Detailed Description, Scope Of Duties And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
