Brand New, Unused Devices, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2023 Or Newer 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Lease To The Ordering Party Of Multifunctional Devices In The Range Listed In Chapter Ii Of The Opz , Which Are New Factory Devices, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2023; 2) Connection (I.E. Installation And Configuration) Of Multifunctional Machines Provided By The Contractor Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To The Central Printing System (Safeq 6 System) Owned By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The System In The Order Documentation; 3) Provision Of Maintenance Services For Delivered Devices; 4) Provision Of Operational Services In The Form Of Ongoing Delivery And Replacement Of Toners; 5) Ongoing Updating And Configuration Of The Safeq System Under The License Held By The Ordering Party; 6) Conducting An 8-Hour Training At The Ordering Partys Premises For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Supplied Equipment, In Particular With Regard To The Correct And Optimal Use Of The Delivered Equipment; 7) Requirements Described In Point 2) - 4) Also Apply To Devices Owned By The Ordering Party Listed In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract Template. 3. The Scope, Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Opz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
