The Municipality Is Looking For A Party/Team To Develop, Organize And Realize A Maximum Of 190 Homes In The Muidenbuurt, Consisting Of 50-60% Private Sector Owner-Occupied Homes And 40-50% Mid-Priced Rental Homes. In Addition, A Non-Residential Program Is Part Of This Development Assignment, Consisting Of A Daycare Center And A Neighborhood Hub. The Neighborhood Hub Has Room For Parking, Shared Mobility And Additional Neighborhood Facilities That Ensure Interaction Between Residents. The Emphasis In This Tender Is On Nature Inclusivity. The Spatial Task Is To Connect With The Characteristics Of The Muidenbuurt, With The Focus On Green And Nature-Inclusive Construction. Selection Is Based On Sustainability, Program, Spatial Quality, Team And Experience And The Integrality Of The Plan. The Total Residential And Non-Residential Program Of The Development Assignment Consists Of A Minimum Of 21,545 M² Gla (Including Daycare Center, Excluding Neighborhood Hub) And Includes Four Building Fields: M9a, M9c, M11a And M11b.
