The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Investment Titled Modernization (Renovation) Of The Sewage Infrastructure In The Jeleniewo Commune As Part Of The Construction And Modernization Of The Sewage Infrastructure In The Jeleniewo Commune The Investment Will Include The Following Scope: 1) Modernization (Renovation) Of The Ps1 Sewage Pumping Station (Pressure Station) Located In The Town Of Prudziszki, Which Will Consist In Dismantling The Existing Pumping Station And Installing A New Pumping Station In Its Place;2) Modernization (Renovation) Of Domestic Sewage Pumping Stations - 5 Pieces: Pd 14, Pd 20, Pd 21, Pd 23, Pd 24 Located In The Towns Of Prudziszki And Suchodoły, Jeleniewo Commune . The Modernization Will Consist In Dismantling The Equipment Of Existing Household Sewage Pumping Stations And Installing New Equipment And Controls For The Sewage Pumping Stations In The Existing Tanks; 3) Installation Of 2 Pcs. Of Venting Chambers In The Pressurized Sanitary Sewage System And Adaptation Of 2 Pcs Of Existing Venting Chambers Marked As Ko1 And Ko4; Located In The Towns Of Prudziszki And Suchodoły. Four Concrete Venting Wells Ko1-Ko4 With A Diameter Of 1200 Mm With A Deaeration And Aeration Valve For Sewage And A Dn50 Mm Pn10 Hydrant Valve Were Designed On The Discharge Collector. The Hydrant Valve Will Enable Mechanical Cleaning And Rinsing Of The Network And Removal Of Sewage Flow Blockages. Ko1 And Ko4 Vent Chambers Are Existing Concrete Wells Requiring Adaptation, Consisting In The Installation Of Fittings.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Technical Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz. Note: Technical Designs For The Installation Of Air Chambers On The Existing Pressure Sewage Network And The Renovation Of Home Sewage Pumping Stations Cover A Larger Scope Than Covered By This Order. The Scope Of Works Resulting From This Swz Should Be Taken Into Account.5) Pumps From Demolition And Other Equipment Suitable For Use Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party By The Contractor.2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Places Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Considered To Be Those That Ensure That The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard Are Met At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered Equivalent.2) Whenever In This Swz, Technical Documentation, The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Etc. The Ordering Partys Intention Was To Present The Type Of Goods That Met The Ordering Partys Requirements. Furthermore, It Should Be Understood That All Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Therefore, It Is Permissible For The Contractor To Offer An Equivalent Solution That Will Guarantee No Worse Parameters, Technical, Quality And Functional Standards Than Those Indicated In The Swz. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Indicate In The Submitted Offer That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
