Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Early Support For Childrens Development As Part Of The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life In 2024

Part 1 - Speech Therapy Classes, Package I - Estimated Duration Of Up To 100 Hours. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Term Hours Of Provision Of Services Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services To Or For The Child (This Time Does Not Include, For Example, The Time Necessary For The Person Providing Services To Move From One Child To Another, If This Person Provides Services Several Children In One Day). Travel Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Covered By The Contractor As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, Constituting The Maximum Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Classes Will Be Held At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Room Free Of Charge To Carry Out The Activities That Are The Subject Of These Proceedings, Subject To Section 12 Point 2) Below. The Detailed Time And Place Of Providing Services Will Be Specified By The Ordering Party In The Schedule Of Classes Established Taking Into Account The Needs Of Participants Of Individual Therapies In Consultation With The Contractor. Classes Will Be Held On Working Days, Monday To Friday, Between 8:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M. Classes Will Be Held In Accordance With The Number Of Hours Allocated To The Child, Determined By The Ordering Party According To The Established Class Schedule. The Service Provided By Each Person Assigned To Carry Out This Order - Hereinafter Referred To As Specialists, Will Be Provided Depending On The Childs Needs For Up To 5 Hours A Week, In Accordance With § 1 Section 1 Point. 4 Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of September 5, 2017 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Centers (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1712, As Amended). The Scope Of The Specialists Responsibilities Includes: 1) Providing Parents With Specialized Information Regarding The Childs Development Problems; 2) Providing Teaching And Therapeutic Aids Necessary To Complete The Task; 3) After Appointing Specialists For A Specific Child To The Team, Establishing The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Assistance And Family Support; 4) Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Subject To Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions; 5) Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In The Part Intended For Individual Specialists; 6) Assessing The Childs Progress And Difficulties In Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment Hindering His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life; 7) Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Assistance Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family; 8) Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, 9) Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support; 10) Maintaining Documentation, Templates Of Which Constitute Attachments To The Draft Agreement; 11) Submission Of Complete Documentation Referred To In Point 10) Above Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Completion Of This Order, No Later Than January 15, 2025. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor To Provide The Service In An Amount Not Less Than 50% Of The Expected Amount The Number Of Hours Specified In Section 5 Above. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For The Reduction In The Number Of Hours. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid For The Hours Of Classes Actually Completed.
