Speech Therapy Classes In The Community Center In Chrusty. The Center Is Open 3 Days A Week (Mondays, Tuesdays And Wednesdays) From 2.30 P.M. To 5.30 P.M. The Person Acting As A Speech Therapist In The Community Center In Chrusty Will Be Obliged To Conduct A Screening Test For 15 Children Aged 6-15. In The Amount Of 1 Hour For Each Child = 15 Hours, The Examination Must Be Carried Out In July 2024 - Completing The Speech Therapy Examination Card (Template Developed By The Contractor), Then Selecting 5 Children With The Greatest Needs For Speech Therapy Support - July 2024, Providing A Justification For Speech Therapy Support - Implementation Of Support Speech Therapy: With 5 Selected Children In The Period From July 2024 To March 2026, A Total Of 21 Months, Counting On Average 1 Hour Per Week Per Child - 81 Hours Per Child X 5 Children = 405 Hours - Filling Out The Attendance List And Class Log (Template Developed By The Ordering Party) .A Total Of 420 Hours Of Speech Therapy Classes.
