Transport Tickets – Organization Of Transport Of Children To Kindergartens And Primary Schools In The Trzebnica Commune In The 2024/2025 School Year. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Monthly Tickets, Constituting The Basis For Using The Service Consisting In The Transport Of Children And School Youth From The Trzebnica Commune, Together With Their Guardians, To Schools, Including Special Schools And Kindergartens Located In The Trzebnica Commune, Together With Transport After Classes. Schools To Places Of Residence In The Period From September 2, 2024 To June 27, 2025 On All School Days, I.E. On Weekdays, Except Saturdays, Holidays And Other Public Holidays, As Well As Breaks In Teaching Activities - Educational, Specified On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211, As Amended), As Well As Other Breaks From Classes, In Particular Breaks From Stationary Classes, E.G. Caused By The Pandemic. Transport Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets, On Lines Created By The Contractor, With Priority For Children And Teenagers With A Personal School Monthly Ticket And Guardians Employed By The Contractor. 2. The Contractor Will Ensure The Care Of Students During Transport, Including Boarding, Transport, Disembarkation And Transfer Of Child Care To Designated Guardians, In Accordance With The Obligation Arising From Art. 39 Section 3 Of The Act Of March 21, 2024 Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended) By Providing Qualified Care For One Adult Person, In Each Means Of Transport (The Driver Cannot Act As A Guardian). The Number Of Tutors Must Be Adjusted To The Number Of Courses Performed In Such A Way That There Is A Tutor For Each Course. 3. It Is Required That All Transported Children Be Provided With Seats. 4. Transport Should Be Organized So That Children Arrive At Classes At Least 10 Minutes Before 8:00. The Time Needed To Transport A Child From Home To School And Back Cannot Exceed 30 Minutes One Way. 5. Vehicles Used To Transport Students Must Be Fully Operational, Meet Safety Requirements, Be Appropriately Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Be Kept Clean While Maintaining Internal And External Aesthetics. 6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Tor. 7. In Order To Enable The Ordering Party To Evaluate The Offer, The Contractor Should Calculate The Total Value Of The Offer, Taking Into Account The Number Of Tickets Provided For Children On Individual Routes Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract For The Public Procurement Covered By These Proceedings - And Provide The So-Called The Total Price For Delivery. 8. The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Delivery Of Tickets For Transport Of Children And Their Guardians To And From Primary Schools In Trzebnica, Boleścin, Masłowo And Kuźniczysko, And Kindergartens In Trzebnica - For One Transport And Three Transports. The Estimated Number Of Tickets (For Transporting Children) Is 541 • The Delivery Of Tickets For Transporting Children Is In Progress
