This Contract Distinguishes 4 Types Of Services: - Services Called Inspections Of Playgrounds (Pcaj) - Services Called Inspections Of Sports Equipment (Pces) - Services Called Preventive Maintenance Services (Pmp) - Services Called Corrective Maintenance Services (Pmc) The Contract Is A Mixed Price Broken Down As Follows: - A Global And Fixed Part (Dpgf) For The Monitoring (Compliance Control) And Maintenance (Preventative Maintenance) Services, The Prices Of Which Are Stipulated In The Dpgf And Reported In The Act Of Commitment; - A Part With Purchase Orders For The Curative Maintenance Services Provided For In The Unit Price Schedule And Is Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162- 6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Currently The Haute-Savoie Habitat Park Has 31 Sites Equipped With Play Areas And 9 Sites Equipped With Sports Equipment. The Market As A Whole Is Concluded With A Maximum Amount Of 80,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Per Year
