1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Service (Production) And Delivery Of Magnets And Magnetic Bookmarks (Referred To As The Product) In The Quantities And Types Indicated In The List In The Opz, I.E. The Material And Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Category I, Of Full Value, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In The First Quality And Meet At Least The Following Requirements: 1) It Must Be Durable, I.E. Magnets And Magnetic Bookmarks Are Not Subject To Permanent Distortions, Cracks Or Discoloration (Not Will Be Destroyed When Used As Intended),2) Will Be Characterized By Aesthetics And Precision (Carefulness) Of Workmanship,3) Will Be Functional, I.E. It Should Fulfill Its Purpose, Magnets And Tabs Are Intended To Ensure Easy And Trouble-Free Use,4) Printed On Magnets And Magnetic Overlays Must Be Made Permanently, Using A Technique Appropriate To The Material On Which The Print Will Be Made, 5) Must Be Admitted For Marketing In The Eu, 6) Must Meet The Required Standards And Have Appropriate Certificates, Especially Regarding The Use Of Products By Children And Adolescents (If Required).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract, And In Annex No. 1 To The Contract, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Include A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
