The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure The Services Designated Below: - The Issuance, Distribution And Management Of Dematerialized And Paper Cesu, For The Payment Of: - The Personalized Autonomy Allowance (Apa) Human Help At Home (Direct And Agent Employment Mode ), - The Disability Compensation Benefit (Pch) Human Help At Home (Direct And Mandated Employment Mode). For Apa And Pch Direct Employment, The Service Provider Must Implement The Cesu Third-Party Payment System Which Allows The Department To Pay Directly To The Cncesu Urssaf The Social Security Contributions Due By The Beneficiaries. - The Issuance, Distribution And Management Of Pre-Financed Universal Service Employment Vouchers Only Dematerialized For The Payment Of The Bebedom Allowance. This Contract Is A Public Service Contract. This Contract Is A Framework Agreement For Single-Award Purchase Orders Carried Out By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Which Are Processed At Unit Prices And Concluded Within The Following Financial Limits: Minimum Annual Amount: 5,409,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax; Maximum Annual Amount: 22,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. These Annual Financial Limits Are Identical For Each Possible Renewal Period.
