The Assignment Concerns Putting Together Research Packages And Providing Further Logistics For Individual Participants In Various Studies Initiated By The Rivm. Individual Participants Receive Packages At Home, With Which They Can Then Send Samples (For Example A Throat And Nose, Feces And/Or Blood Sample) Back To A Rivm Laboratory For Scientific Research. The Assignment Broadly Concerns The Following Activities: • Consultation With The Rivm Study Team In Preparation For The Study And, If Necessary, During The Study; • Supplying The Packaging Material For The Packages; • Receiving And Processing Items Supplied By The Rivm; • Receiving Participant Data Through A Secure Environment For Personal Data (In Accordance With Gdpr); • Printing Registration Letters/Forms And Providing Them With Personalized Participant Data (Participant Name, Address Details, Participant Number And Barcode). If These Need To Be Printed On Stationery In The Government House Style, The Paper With The Government Logo Will Be Supplied By Rivm; • Taking Care Of The Addressing Of The Packages; • Applying Coding To The Sample Collection Element (Based On Supplied Participant Data), In Such A Way That Reading Remains Possible After Use And Transport. • Compiling The Packages Into One Packaging Unit Of Maximum Letterbox Size; • Organize The Parts If Necessary To Help The Participant Perform The Necessary Actions; • Check That The Correct Labeled Sample Collection Element Ends Up In The Correct Package And Is Sent To The Correct Participant; • Close The Packaging, Address It Personally And Offer The Research Packages For Shipment To Postnl With The Rivm Customer Number (Rivms Current Contracting Party); • Informing The Rivm About The Progress Of The (Partial) Assignment And Evaluating The Shipment; • Consulting With The Rivm About Returned Packages As A Result Of, For Example, Incorrect Addressing And Special Features In General. The Estimate Of The Assignment Without The Defined Additional/Reduced Prices For The Options Is € 1,000,000 Excluding Vat.
