Quotation are invited for Fabrication of Stem Nut & Worm Wheel Gear for Actuator FABRICATION OF STEM NUT & WORM WHEEL GEAR FOR ACTUATOR AS PERSAMPLEMATERIAL: ALUMINUIM-BRONZE (B 148 GR B)SCOPE OF WORK·#COLL ECT THE SAMPLE STEM NUT & WORM WHEEL GEAR FOR FABRICATION FROMDEWA L-2 STATION, JEBEL ALI WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTICE.·#TAKE STEM NUT MEASUREMENTS & WORM WHEEL GEAR FOR CASTING, MACHINING,AND FABRICATION·#CASTING, MACHINING, AND FABRICATION OF STEM NUT TO BE DONE AS PERSAMPLE.·#NDT TO BE DONE FOR THE FABRICATED STEM NUT TO CHECK FOR ANY CRACKS ORDEFECTS.·#ALL THE STEM NUTS SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH A PILOT HOLE OF SIZE-20 MM·#THE STEM NUT TO BE PACKED AND DELIVERED TO DEWA L2 STATION.·#THE GEAR SHALL BE FABRICATED AS PER OUR SA MPLE.·#SUBMITTING OF FULL FABRICATION REPORT INCLUDING MATERIAL CERTIFICATES& NDT REPORT TO DEWA STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
