1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Performing The Duties Of A Contract Engineer For A Task Involving The Repair Or The Need To Rebuild 3 Multimedia Devices, The So-Called Eye Of Time Binoculars Along With The Implementation Of Multimedia Content. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage I: A) Analysis Of The Technical Opinion Held By The Ordering Party Regarding The Possibility Of Repairing 3 Multimedia Devices, The So-Called Eye Of Time Binoculars (Hereinafter Referred To As Multimedia Devices), As-Built Documentation, As Well As Existing Multimedia Content And An Overview Of Devices; B) Providing Recommendations Regarding The Possibility Of Repairing 3 Multimedia Devices And The Possibility Of Implementing Multimedia Content On The Above-Mentioned Devices And Restoring Their Full Functionality Or Providing Recommendations Regarding The Need To Implement The Above-Mentioned Devices From Scratch Along With The Implementation Of Multimedia Content. Stage Ii: Preparation Of Documentation For The Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act For The Repair Of Multimedia Devices Or Their New Construction. Stage Iii: Supervision Of The Repair Or Construction Of New Multimedia Devices, Along With Verification Of As-Built Documentation Regarding Its Correctness. The Implementation Of Stage Iii Will Take Place On The Basis Of An Agreement That The Ordering Party Will Conclude For The Repair Or Construction Of New Multimedia Devices.2) Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
