The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel (High-Methane Natural Gas Group E), Including Sales And Provision Of Distribution Services To Installations Located In The Facilities Of The Ząbki City Hall, Buildings Actually Managed By The City Of Ząbki And The Volunteer Fire Department In Ząbki.2. The Total Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Duration Of The Order Is: 1,034,122 Kwh. 3. The Amount Of Fuel Given Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Fuel By The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract And Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
