The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Provide Care For Students During Transport. Therefore, The Ordering Party Will Also Purchase Monthly Tickets For Guardians. A) The Guardian Of Children During Transport Will Be An Adult Person, Verified By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 560, As Amended), Who Is Able To Maintain Good Contact With Children, Necessary To Maintain Safety During Transport. B) The Guardian Will Provide Active Assistance To Children When Boarding, Taking Seats And Exiting The Vehicle. C) The Guardian Will Be Obliged, In The Event Of The Child Fainting, The Childs Unwell Condition, Etc., To Call Appropriate Medical Services And Provide Care Until Help Is Provided By The Emergency Services. The Number Of (Ordered) Monthly Tickets Purchased During The Contract Period May Change. The Above Does Not Change The Ticket Price Offered By The Contractor In His Offer. In The Event Of A Reduction In The Number Of Transported Students, The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Incur Additional Fees In This Respect. Reducing The Number Of Tickets Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular For Compensation.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Monthly Tickets To The School Principal No Later Than The Penultimate Working Day Of Each Month.10. The Basis For The Monthly Settlement Of Fees For The Service Will Be The Price Of The Monthly Ticket For The Student And The Price Of The Monthly Ticket For The Guardian, Given In The Offer, And The Number Of Students And Guardians For Whom Tickets Will Be Purchased, Divided Into Individual Educational Institutions.11. The Transport Coordinator On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For Part No. 1 Of The Order Are Employees Of Umig Wschowa And Directors Of Educational Institutions Mentioned In Point. 4. 12. Students Should Be Transported To Schools By 6 Buses (One Bus For Each Route Indicated In The Table Below). 13. Each Bus Intended To Provide The Service Should Be Equipped With A System For Mechanical Closing And Opening Of The Doors By The Driver And Should Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats To Ensure The Transport Of The Required Number Of Students In Accordance With The Routes Specified In Table No. 1 (Point 26).14. Children May Only Be Transported By Means Of Transport That Are Technically Efficient And Have Current Technical Inspections, Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended) And Other Regulations Related To Transport.
