Within The Production Program Of S.E. Craiova Sa For The Period 2024-2027 (36 Months), It Is Necessary To Ensure The Quantity Of 6,000,000 Tons Of Coal. To Ensure The Continuity Of Coal Transport, It Is Necessary To Conclude A Framework Agreement That Includes The Transport Of A Total Quantity Of 6,000,000 Tons Of Coal For A Period Of 36 Months, On The Connections: Motru Est - Cernele 5,400,000 Tons And Plopsoru - Cernele 600,000 Tons. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded. The Price Of Contracts Subsequent To The Framework Agreement Concluded For The First 12 Months Is Not Updated And Will Be Equal To Those For Which The Framework Agreement Was Concluded. For The Next 12 Months, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Assigned To The Framework Agreement, Whose Reference Price Can Be Updated, Only Once A Year, Subject To The Existence Of Financial Sources, Using The Following Calculation Formula: New Price = Offered Price X If Where : New Price – Represents The Updated Price For The Year Related To The Subsequent Contracts That Will Be Concluded; Offered Price – Represents The Offered And Awarded Price (According To The Framework Agreement Annexes); If = The Inflation Index, Which Will Be Negotiated Every Year, But Will Not Be Higher Than The Total Consumer Price Inflation Index (Cpi Total), Communicated By The Romanian National Institute Of Statistics Corresponding To The Period Since The Signing Of The Agreement Framework Until The Date Of The Update, For Which There Is Data At The National Institute Of Statistics, Expressed In Percentage Points The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 38 Months From The Start Order Sent By The Beneficiary. The Deadline For Providing The Framework Agreement Is 36 Months From The Start Order Sent By The Beneficiary.
