The Ta Assignment Has The Objective Of Assisting The Promoter In The Preparation Of The Eib Funding Allocation Requests For Each Eib Funded Scheme Of The Project By Conducting A Critical Review Of The Promoter’S Project Support Documentation Against The Bank’S Policies And Standards In Five Specific Fields, And In Case Of Identified Gaps Advise/Assist The Promoter In The Preparation Of The Necessary Additional Support Documentation. The Ta Is Also To Provide Capacity Building Linked To Specific Fields/Expertise. The Number Of Experts, Qualifications And Minimum No Of Working Days Required Are Provided In The Terms Of Reference.
