Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Develop an Investment Guide, Investment Prospectus, and Priority Sector Profiles for Giepa The overall objective of the Consultancy is to develop the following for the Gambia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (GiEPA): I. Develop a comprehensive Investment Guide that provides detailed information on the regulatory framework, business environment, and investment opportunities in The Gambia. II. Create an Investment Prospectus highlighting key investment projects and opportunities in ten priority sectors/subsectors. III. Produce Priority Sector Profiles, focusing on sectors aligned with The Gambias economic development goals. 3. Scope of Work The Firm will be expected to: 1. Develop a comprehensive national Investment Guide that clearly articulates the countrys value propositions, competitive advantages, business environment processes, investment opportunities, investment code, and success stories, also captured in print and audio-visual formats. 2. Design, Develop Content, and Produce Investment Prospectus showcasing transformative investments in key priority sectors and subsectors profiled in each of the following areas: I. Agriculture II. Manufacturing III. Tourism & Hospitality IV. Energy & Petroleum V. Fisheries VI. ICT VII. Healthcare & Medical Services VIII.Infrastructure IX. Air & River Transportation X. Financial Services (Digital and Mobile Money) 3. The firm will also be required to ensure that the content designed, developed, and produced materials are compatible with the requirements of all digital platforms (official GiEPA website, social media and other online platforms) 4. Build institutional capacity and ensure knowledge transfer throughout the implementation of this assignment. 5. Facilitate workshops and review sessions with key personnel of the organization and relevant stakeholders in the development of the listed Investment promotional materials: Prospectus, Guides and Sector Profiles. 6. Provision of samples of drafts and contents created to be reviewed and validated by GiEPA as well as submission of all electronic and hard copies submitted. 7.
