Tenders are invited for Design, Construction, Installation, Integration in the Existing Power System Infrastructure and for the Commissioning of Renewable Energy Facilities TAU Power Station SCADA Upgrade Design, Construction, Installation, Integration in the Existing Power System Infrastructure and for the Commissioning of Renewable Energy Facilities (the Facilities) as Follows: (I) the Scope of Works is for the Upgrade of the Tau Scada System. This is to Provide Improved Monitoring and Control of the Generators and Feeders as Well as the Pv Generation System on the Network, and Integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems. (Ii) the Scope of Works shall Also Include the Design, Engineering, Supply of Hardware, Software, Construction, Commissioning, Training and Operational Support of the Scada System. To obtain further information and to obtain an electronic copy of the bidding documents, eligible bidders should: Register their interest by registering on the Cook Islands Government E-Government Procurement portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/adbprocurementnetwork/aspx/Home In order to participate, you will need to register on the Portal as a supplier. As part of the registration, you will need to specify relevant Business Categories for your business. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be listed under the following category: Contract No Title CIRESP008- CK232415 TAU Power Station SCADA Upgrade Project Prospective Bidders should include this contract number when registering on the system. Once the bidding documents are published on the portal, suppliers registered will receive automatic advice of the IFB and a link to access bidding documents via the Electronic Tender Account. Submission of tenders will be through the same account. Suppliers who registered after the IFB is published will receive notification of the IFB upon registration. 5. Submit your bid: Using the Procurement portal as specified above on or before 10 June 2024, 3:00pm (Cook Islands Time) together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend.
