1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct 7 Specialized Electrical Energy Professional Courses Entitled: Sep-G1-E (Hereinafter Referred To As Courses), For A Total Of 63 Participants - Adult Students Of The School Complex No. 18 In Wrocław Studying At The Technical Secondary School, Along With Organizing The Sep.2 Exam. The Courses Will Be Carried Out For 7 Groups (Each Group Will Consist Of 9 People), In Five Professions: 1) Two 9-Person Groups In The Profession Of Electrical Technician, 2) Two 9-Person Groups In The Profession Of Mechatronics Technician, 3) One 9-Person Group In The Profession Of Mechanical Technician, 4) One 9-Person Group In The Profession Of Refrigeration And Air-Conditioning Technician, 5) One 9-Person Group In The Profession Of Renewable Energy Equipment And Systems Technician. 3. The Courses Will Be Completed For A Total Of 70 Hours - 10 Hours For Each Group. The Courses Should Last 10 Hours For Each Group And Each Time Include Training, An Examination And The Issuance Of Sep Qualification Certificates For Electrical Qualifications Up To 1 Kv.4. The Contractor Will Conduct Courses In Accordance With The Program (Approved By The Ordering Party - As Referred To In Section 4 Of The Swz) Covering Issues Intended For People Involved In The Operation Of Devices, Installations And Power Networks In The Field Of: Operation, Maintenance, Repairs, Assembly And Control And Measurement, For Devices Generating, Processing, Transmitting And Consuming Electricity And For Other Power Equipment, Including: Networks, Devices And Installations With Voltage Up To 1 Kv, Electrothermal Devices, Street Lighting. 5. The Program Referred To In Section 3, The Contractor Will Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval In A Paper Version No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.6. The Contractor Will Organize And Conduct (At Its Own Expense) At The End Of The Courses - For Each Participant - An Exam Before The Sep Commission, Allowing Them To Obtain Sep Electrical Qualifications Up To 1 Kv. 7. Each Participant Will Have The Right To Take The Exam Prepared By The Contractor Only Once.8. The Contractor Will Ensure That Each Of The 63 Course Participants Who Obtain A Positive Result In The Examination Referred To In Sections 5 And 6 Is Issued With An Sep Qualification Certificate For An Electrical License Up To 1 Kv With A Validity Period Of 5 Years. 9. The Courses Will Be Conducted For Each Person In The Form Of Joint, Group, 9-Person Practical Classes (In Full-Time Form) Only On The Premises Of The School Complex No. 18 In Wrocław At Ul. Young Technicians 58 (Hereinafter Referred To As The School Complex).10. The Ordering Party Will Provide Vocational Training Laboratories Required To Conduct The Courses, Located At The Headquarters Of The School Complex. 11. The Ordering Party Will Always Provide Insurance For The Participants During Their Stay At The Course Classes. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Materials Necessary To Conduct Them For The Duration Of The Courses, Raw Materials, Equipment, Aid, Legal Software. 13. During The Implementation Of The Courses, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Keep A Log Of Course Activities For Each Group, B) Prepare A List Of People Who Have Completed The Course, C) Prepare A List Of People Who Have Not Completed Course, D) Submitting Confirmation Of Receipt By Course Participants Of Certificates Confirming The Acquisition Of Skills Covered By The Course Program, E) Submitting Individual Evaluation Questionnaires Completed By Course Participants At The End Of The Course, F) Submitting A Collective Evaluation Questionnaire Prepared On The Basis Of Individual Evaluation Questionnaires Referred To In Point . E) (Templates Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party Before Their Implementation Begins). 14. All Indicated In Section 11 Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Them To The Acceptance Report After The Completion Of A Given Course. 15. The Contractor May Provide The Service On Weekdays From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. 16. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Provide The Service On Saturdays Or During School Holidays ( Holidays, Winter Breaks, Holidays) Between 8:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. 17. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Each Time By The 15Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month In Which The Service Is Planned To Be Provided By The Ordering Party. 18. The Contractor Will Conduct Courses In Accordance With The Program Approved By The Ordering Party And The Schedule Provided By The Ordering Party.19. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Conduct The Course In Accordance With The Principle Of Non-Discrimination, Including Gender-Sensitive Language.20. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify And Guarantee That None Of The Persons Designated To Perform The Order Are Listed In The National Criminal Register And The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators Referred To In The Act Of May 13, 2016. On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1304 - Hereinafter Referred To As The Counteracting Act).21. The Course For A Given Training Group Will Be Carried Out By One And The Same Training Person, Indicated By The Contractor On Stage Of Planning The Implementation Of The Service In A Given Month. 22. In The Event Of Circumstances That Result In The Impossibility Of Providing The Service In The Manner Indicated In Section 21 Swz, The Provisions Referred To In Section 23 Swz.23. In The Event Of Failure To Hold Classes Despite Meeting The Deadlines Referred To In The Schedule For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, The Overdue Classes Must Be Carried Out On A Mutually Agreed Date, But No Later Than 7 Days From The Originally Planned Date. Implementation.24.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Plan And Parallel Implementation Of The Service For Two Training Groups - Without The Possibility Of Negotiating Changes To The Method Of Providing The Service By The Contractor. 25. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Above Method Of Planning And Implementing The Service Is Not Subject To The Possibility Of Negotiating Changes To This Method Of Providing The Service By The Contractor.
