The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment, Hand Tools, Simple Gardening Tools And Compatible Accessories, Consumables, Live Plants, Plant Protection Products And Fertilizers For The Needs Of Gardening Work. 3. The Contractors Scope Is Delivery In Accordance With The Tables. The Contractors Task Includes Comprehensive Delivery, Including Transport, Unloading And Loading. The Indicated Description And Parameters Should Be Treated As Minimal. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.5. All Gardening Accessories And Equipment As Well As The Costs Necessary To Perform The Task Are Covered By The Contractor, As Part Of The Offer Price, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz. The Contractor Should Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Supplied Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months (Does Not Apply To Plants, Sprays And Fertilizers) From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Parties.6. All Tools And Their Accessories Must Have Labels In Polish On Their Individual Packaging, Containing At Least The Name Of The Manufacturer And Product, Method Of Use, Intended Use, Possible Safety Measures And Storage Method, As Well As The Minimum Shelf Life On The Day Of Delivery - For Materials With A Specified Expiry Date. – Cannot Be Shorter Than 2/3 Of The Date Specified By The Manufacturer On The Packaging.7. All Tools And Their Accessories Proposed By The Contractor Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Factory Packaging, Including: Have Security Measures Used By The Manufacturer. Packaging Must Be Clean, Dry, Without Mechanical Damage, Ensuring Proper Quality And Durability Of The Product.8. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (And The Given Names Or Parameters - If Any) Are Only Used To Determine The Desired Standard Of Performance And To Determine The Properties Required By The Ordering Party For Given Solutions That Are Compatible And Ensure The Achievement Of The Intended Effect.
