The Directorate For Administration And Financial Management (Dfø) V/The States Purchasing Center Intends To Enter Into A Joint Agreement On The Purchase Of Internet, Data Lines And Related Services. The Joint Agreement Will Be A Binding Framework Agreement For Government Enterprises In The Civil Sector. The Procurement Includes Internet Access, Network Access And Data Lines As A Mandatory Part Of The Delivery. The Acquisition Includes Non-Exclusive Options For Sd-Wan, Security Services, Consulting And Other Additional Services. The Procurement Is To Be Divided Into Five Area-Based Sub-Contracts With The Possibility Of Direct Tenders And Mini-Competitions. The Norwegian Procurement Center Sees It As Appropriate To Have A Framework Agreement With A Duration Of Up To Six Years, Including Options. The Norwegian Procurement Center Has Prepared A 0.95 Version Of The Competition Basis And Wants The Markets Feedback Before The Final Announcement Of The Competition.
