Stages, The Activities Included In Them And Project Terms: 1. Stage 1 Will Be Implemented Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract And Will Include The Following Activities: 1.1. Activity 1 Familiarization With The Current State Of The Provision Of The Share Allocation Service, Building Fund - Term At The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 2 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2. Stage 2 Will Be Implemented Starting From The Date Of Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement And Will Include The Following Activities: 2.1. Activity 2 Analysis Of The System Requirements - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 14 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2.2. Activity 3 Providing A Centralized Infrastructure For The Construction Of All Software Elements That Will Be Developed Under The Project - From The 10Th Month After The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Order - Until The End Of The Contract; 2.3. Activity 4 Development, Installation And Configuration Of The Information System - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 14 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2.4. Activity 5 Testing And Acceptance Of The System Into Operation - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 14 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2.5. Activity 6 Training To Work With The System - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 14 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 3. Stage 3 Will Be Carried Out For A Period According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But For No More Than 15 Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement And Will Include The Following Activities: 3.1. Activity 7 Analysis Of Data And System Requirements For Scada Upgrade And Integration With The System For Reliable And Secure Remote Reporting - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 15 Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Implementation Of The Public Order. 3.2. Activity 8 Development, Installation, Configuration And Acceptance Of The Upgraded System - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 15 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 4. Stage 4 Will Be Carried Out For A Period According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But For No More Than 18 Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement And Will Include The Following Activities: 4.1. Activity 9 Analysis Of The Data And System Requirements For The Upgrade Of The Heat Distribution System - Term According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not More Than 18 Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract
