Services Related To The Oil And Gas Industry – Framework Agreement - Advisory Services - Scientific Evaluations, Engineering And Supervision For Underground Gas. Through The Establishment Of The Present Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Wants To Buy Advisory Services That Will Be Covering Both The Operation And Maintenance Of The Existing Salt Cavern Wells, And The Possible Development, Operation, Maintenance And Abandonment Of Future Salt Cavern Wells. The Framework Agreement Can Also Be Used To Facilitate Assignments Related To Other Storage Wells E.G. A Second Opinion On Storage Wells And Underground Related Tasks. Description And Further Information And Details Regarding The Services, Reference Is Made To Appendix 2 - Scope Of Services (Doc.No. 23/07365-2). The Total Purchase Is Made For A Period Of 4 Years From The Signing Of The Framework Agreement With The Option Of An Extension For 2 Years + 2 Years. Orders Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Allocated Directly To The Supplier Which, In The View Of The Contracting Authority, Has Submitted The Most Economi-Cally Advantageous Tender, See Section 4.1. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To 8.500.000 Eur. With A Possibility Of Extension With 30% Which Amount To The Total Value Of 11.050.000 Eur. The Consumption Figures Are Estimates Only And Are Consequently Not Binding For The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obligated To Purchase Solely From The Framework Agreement And May In Connection With Single-Standing Purchases Choose To Tender These Independently.
