The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Functional And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Or Obligations Of Third Parties, It Must Come From Official Distribution Channels. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have Appropriate Certificates Or Approvals Required By Applicable Law And Have Ce Markings. Products That Require This Must Have The Necessary Safety Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Specified In Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. Documents Confirming The Above. Requirements The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Along With The Delivery. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A
