1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Paid Acquisition Of Permanent Management And Reconstruction Of Real Estate At Ul. Konopnicka 3 In Świdnik For The Needs Of The First Tax Office In Lublin And The Tax Administration Chamber In Lublin, Including: 1) Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building Located In Świdnik At Ul. Konopnicka 3 In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Building Permit Decision - Decision No. 60/2024 Of March 26, 2024;2) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Along With The Building Occupancy Permit;3) Performing Warranty, Service, Periodic And Other Required Inspections Legal Provisions Or Requirements Of Manufacturers Of Devices And Installations During The Warranty Period;4) Delivery And Installation Of Building Equipment In Accordance With The Interior Design Design.2.
