Eligibility of Tenderer: (i) Current year trade license (ii) Up-to-date income tax clearing certificate (iii) Up-to-date IRC & ERC license (iv) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate (v) Manufacturers authorization certificate and (vi) Experience in supplying of Color Doppler with 4D Ultrasound & Color Doppler with 2D Ultrasound with related services (for package 01) in Govt. hospital over the last 10 years.
