Cremators – K2406 Purchase Of Pet Cremation Equipment. Bkms Funeral Division Plans To Expand Its Range Of Services With Pet Cremation. According To The Plans, The New Site Will Serve This Type Of Demand In 8-Hour Shifts 3 Days A Week During The Start-Up Period. The Bidders Task Is To Deliver The Three Pieces Of Equipment Included In The Technical Description To The Bidders Site, Put Them Into Operation, Provide Training And Perform A Test Run. The Requested Cremation Technology Equipment: 1 Pet Cremation Device 1 Bone Grinding Mill 1 Roller Cart The Cremation Device Must Comply With Regulation 142/2011/Eu On Incinerators And Regulation 45/2012 On The Establishment Of Animal Health Rules For Animal By-Products Intended For Non-Human Consumption ( V. 8.) To Vm Decree. The Exact Description Of The Equipment To Be Delivered By The Tenderer And The Tasks To Be Performed During The Delivery Can Be Found In The Technical Description, The Draft Contract, And The 1.A. S. Included In The Attachment (Offer Sheet). Within 132 Days After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Tenderer Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment To The Place Of Performance, Install It, Commission It, Conduct A Trial Run, Hold Training And Hand Over The Necessary Documentation To The Tenderer. Bidder Accepts Prepayment. The Winning Bidder Is Not Entitled To Partial Performance. Method Of Performance: Delivery Of The Equipment: Within 100 Days After The Contract Enters Into Force. At The Same Time As The Delivery, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Hand Over All The Documentation Related To The Equipment. Installation And Commissioning: Within 10 Days Of Signing The Document Certifying The Delivery Of The Incinerator Equipment, The Winning Tenderer Must Complete The Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment, And Then Report The Commissioning As Complete. Test Operation: A Test Operation Must Be Carried Out Within 3 Days After The Commissioning Is Reported Ready. The Test Run Lasts 1 Day. The Draft Contract, Which Is Part Of The Public Procurement Document, Contains The Detailed Rules In The Event That The Test Operation Has To Be Interrupted. Training: Within 10 Days After The Issuance Of The Successful Trial Operation Report, The Successful Tenderer Must Conduct A One-Time Operation Training At The Place Of Performance For Ak Employees (Minimum Of 2 People), For A Duration Of Approximately 4 Hours. A Record Of The Training Must Be Prepared. After Training, The Final Technical Handover Procedure Will Take Place Immediately. The Winning Bidder Undertakes A 12-Month Warranty For The Devices It Delivers, Starting From The Test Operation. The Following Separate Documents, Partially Or Fully Integrated, Are Required For The Acceptance Of The Equipment: 1. Handling And Maintenance Instructions In Hungarian 2. Installation Specifications 3. Cleaning Specifications 4. Commissioning Specifications 5. Contact Protection Protocol 6. Fire Protection Protocol 7. Emc Manufacturers Declaration 8. In The Crematorium
